Cosy et Confort aux 3 Palmiers - 2 chambres

A quiet and lovely place for a family to base themselves Positive: This property was lovely to stay at and suited us perfectly. It wasn't super posh, but was comfortable, cute, safe and straightforward with everything you might hope to need. Abdellatif was a great host, flexible with timings and quick to resolve any issues we had or help we needed. Fouzia had cleaned it to an exceptional standard and was so kind with offering help when needed. The building was lovely and the pool an enjoyable place to spend a hot afternoon. And I was amazed at the ability of the air conditioners to get it so comfortable so quickly after arriving! Negative: The location is a bit of an odd one if you want the vibe of the city. It suited us fine as it's great as a base for day trips and excursions (close to the airport and train station, easy access to taxis and excursion pick ups) and there was a large supermarket a short (10min) walk away. But with three children it was too long (about 45 min) to walk to the Medina etc. Taxis were only £10 for all 5 of us to most destinations though, with a rank waiting nearby the property entrance, so we were happy to do that for ease (and air conditioning) but if you are hoping for a taste of the busy night life you won't get it here.

Positive: Proximité Site sécurisé Résidence agréable Negative: Salles de bain extrêmement étroites Absence de place du parking de la résidence Murs et porte qui ont besoin d'être repeints 2eme chambre trop petite. Odeur de renfermé dans les placards.

East meets West. Positive: Great location, up and coming hivernage. You can walk to 2 malls, and restaurants. Train station 5 mins on foot. P Pool was secluded within the property, very scenic. Mixture of Morroccon and French people . All friendly and respectful. Negative: Property could do with a refresh. Shower head wouldn't stay on pole in one of the bathrooms.

Positive: The location of the apartment was amazing. We where near to everything. Negative: The wifi was not working most of the time.
