Riad Ayla avec piscine privée et petit-déjeuner - Médina

Positive: Beautiful Riad! Pictures accurately depict the place. Amazing rooms, super comfortable bed. We were with a 5 month old baby and the cot (mattress plus sheets) provided were excellent. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Very quiet at night. Well located, walking distance to the souk, restaurants and the main square. Breakfast was also really good. Great hospitality. We will definitely return.

Positive: Un endroit très calme et reposant. Mlle Hannane est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, toujours serviable et attentionnée. Elle sait mettre les clients à l’aise et nous fait vraiment sentir comme à la maison. Une expérience chaleureuse que je recommande vivement. Negative: La présence de poussière et probablement d’acariens dans les tapis, ce qui peut gêner les personnes sensibles. Un entretien plus régulier améliorerait le confort.

Positive: Sehr sauberes, schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Riad. Wir waren mit der Familie da. Durch die vielen Zimmer konnte jeder sein eigenes Reich und Bad haben. Der kleine Pool ist zum Abkühlen und Spaß haben völlig ausreichend. Die Dachterrasse mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, 3 Liegen und Sonnenschirm ist einfach toll. Die Übergabe durch Mohamed, als Ansprechpartner für alles, hat super geklappt. Hanane ist sehr nett, aufmerksam und hat uns jeden Morgen mit Frühstück versorgt. Es hat alles gepasst. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The property is a little more run down than the photos depict. It was missing a few light fixtures and had a huge ugly pipe running from the ceiling straight down to the side of the pool taking away from the beauty of it. The breakfast was very good and on time and the location was in walking distance from most things. The Riad was located across from an unsightly vacant lot that was being used to dump construction materials. We did have a problem with the host when we arrived claiming that we owed full payment in cash. It took the full 3 days of us staying their to resolve the issue and him finally agree that everything had been paid in full and that we did not owe anything in the end. It was frustrating though to have to keep going back and forth with him while we were trying to enjoy our vacation.
